Refund policy

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products listed on our website. 

Within 30 days of the delivery date, if you do not appreciate your ordered product, please get in touch with our customer service team by clicking "contact us" on the home page or emailing onlinedeal904@gmail.com. We will ask you a few questions about why you were unsatisfied with the product. After you have completed our questionnaire, you will have a refund.

Manufacturing or shipping-related defects are very rare. However, if you received a defective product that does not work correctly, please get in touch with us for a no-cost to you replacement or a complete 100% refund. To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must email or contact us at onlinedeal904@gmail.com and provide the following:

  • Picture of the defect.
  • Description of the defect.

When contacting our customer service, all claims must meet the email and address verification requirements. Additionally, all claims are valid within 30 days of delivery of your package, including the day of delivery.  

Again, contact us immediately at onlinedeal904@gmail.com with any return or refund requests. Management can impose a fee of $5.00 per item for large orders, including replaced items, at management's discretion.
