  1. How long are shipping times?

As of right now the average customer receives their order in about two weeks.

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to a maximum of 30 days to reach your doorstep.  

To keep costs low we have enabled an option of FREE shipping.  This FREE shipping can take up to 30 days and even more days depending on if there is a global shipping problem.  However, the average customer receives their order within two weeks.  
  1. What's your return and refund policy?

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products listed on our website. If you dislike your ordered product, please contact our customer service team by clicking "contact us" on the home page or emailing onlinedeal904@gmail.com. We will ask you a series of questions about why you were unsatisfied with the product. After you have completed our questionnaire, you will be given a refund.

Manufacturing or shipping-related defects are very rare. However, if you believe you received a defective product that does not work correctly according to advertised images, please get in touch with us for a no-cost replacement or a complete 100% refund. In addition, we will ask you questions to ensure our products are produced with YOU in mind.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours of your order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

We will do the best we can to cancel your order request if you do decide to cancel your order.  However, sometimes shipments may go out though we have tried to cancel them in our system.

 

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.


  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
